Designed by naval architect Emanuele Rossi, the ERYD 30 is a new high performance
day sailer and is proposed in two versions:
The Eryd 30 built under vacuum in fibreglass/epoxy sandwich with a carbon-fibre mast
The Eryd 30 race entirely built in fibreglass/epoxy sandwich with
a carbon-fibre mast
The hull is shaped so as to reduce the surface under water (bottom) and lengthen
the waterline as the angle of list increases giving high performance when sailing close
to the wind. When sailing with the wind light displacement and the shape of the stern
section permit easy planing as the wind increases.
The design favours fluidity and the elegant lines
give a modern yet balanced look.
