The Bad 27 is a mini "open sea" boat born to sail both in monotype class
and in fleet under the IMS, CHS and IRM regulations. The project concerning
the hull, which follows the latest trends, is characterized by tense lines
and thin entries that together with stern "high" exits makes the hull
longer and therefore fast and powerful as long as dynamic trip is concern.
The hull, however, is also short if we talk about tonnage and the
calculation of the Gph. The bad 27 is manoeuvrable with all types of wind
because of its medium displacement and its high lift appendix: the boat is
easy to control in any situation thanks to its high extendable rudder which
allows the skipper to control the hull with high angles of heeling. [continue]
